By creating an account, accessing, or using the Mzera Xpress website, web app, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Mzera Xpress operates an on-demand delivery platform serving Solwezi, Zambia, connecting customers with couriers and local merchants. Through the Service you can:

• Order food and groceries from partner restaurants and shops
• Send packages and documents via courier
• Request personal shopping, where a courier purchases items from a list you provide

Certain actions, including placing an order, require phone number verification via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping any verification code you receive confidential and must not share it with anyone claiming to represent Mzera Xpress.

Prices for menu items, goods, and delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm an order and may vary based on distance, demand, or other factors. Platform fees may also apply. By placing an order you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mzera Xpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays, order inaccuracies, or courier conduct beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mzera Xpress harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
